Welcome to the America’s Cup Inn.

Our cozy old-fashioned Inn located on the historic cobblestones of Thames Street in a historical Newport’s harbor district. The Inn & an adjacent 20 Mary Street apartment building provide guests with a stay in colonial-styled New England furnishings with historic Americas Cup décor. Our main building provides ample space & a quiet getaway after a day in Newport. The apartment-sized suites next door are for those who desire to keep more of a home-like atmosphere even while being away from home. The Inn has an outdoor rooftop deck with a nice view and we also serve a nice breakfast in our Dining Room.

Our Inn offers Pet-Friendly accommodations! Not all rooms are available to our beloved pet-guests so please contact us about Pet-Friendly rooms availability.

Our main building has 17 uniquely styled rooms furnished with colonial New England & America’s Cup décor. Guests may enjoy our beautiful rooftop deck & a complimentary breakfast in our Dining Room. All of this located right in the heart of downtown Newport.
