Check-In/Out Policy
Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm & must check out before 11 am.

Reservation Deposit Policy
Deposit is for your entire visit. There is a two-night minimum on weekends (in season) and a three-night minimum on holidays and festival weekends.

Cancellation Policy
Guests have 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less the $25.00 service charge. If cancellation is made within the 7 days deposit is non-refundable.

Pet Policy
We love our furry friends here at America’s Cup Inn! Specific rooms are considered Pet Friendly since some guests do have allergies to Pets. Please contact us for more information.

Parking

$25 if paid at the Front Desk for the Mary Street Public Parking Lot, valid for overnight parking until 9 a.m. the following day. For additional hours, please use the Parking Meter onsite or Passport app.
